Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

Jersey City is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Jersey City follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This is one of my favorite bakery in Jersey city( Bay st location). Its so kid friendly and nice. Their service is excellent until recently. They hired a new barrista i think her name is Monica . She is extremely slow, gets your order incorrect every single time. Its not just me but I have seen other customer complain as well. I wish service was as amazing as before given itβs been my go to place since last 3 years.

Not a good spot for group orders. We ordered 15 sandwiches for our office. Not a single sandwich was labeled, so sandwiches had to be opened up to determine which belonged to who. We paid extra for additional toppings on most of the sandwiches (each extra topping costing ~$2 each) and they didn't add the paid extra toppings to any of the sandwiches. Some of the sandwiches also had entirely wrong ingredients added to them that were not wanted. A spicy sauce was added to some of the sandwiches and ruined the taste because it completely overpowered the other flavors. They also only partially wrapped the sandwiches, so the person unpacking the bag had to touch everyone's food to unload them. This place isnt made to take large orders.

Never had any pastries or sandwiches as I only come for espresso after lunch when in the area. Thank you keeping machiattos consistent and authentic in NJ.

Before coming here, I wasn't sure whether to expect something that was authentic but unnecessarily expensive. However once I came and tried some of the coffee, pizza, and cornetto, I ended up liking it a lot! Definitely worth stopping by to grab coffee and something that isn't just the usual breakfast-sandwich quick meal.

Big bright & charming space. The coffee and focaccia are delicious and fresh but the biscottis are too hard, almost broke a tooth (Iβm not joking) and the cornettos ( Italian style croissants) need improvement, they are more like big buttery brioches than actual croissants, not appealing at all.
